The Houston Lady RoadRunners was founded in 2009 by Tyrone & Christie Robinson. We are a non-profit organization. We are an elite girls AAU basketball team, that travel and compete against some of the best talented teams and players in the country.
The RoadRunners strives on phillipians 4:13 " I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me". The vision of this team came to Tyrone and Christie when they wanted to teach the game of basketball to young girls who had s strong desire and love for the game. We teach all aspects and fundamentals of basketball. All of our players are demanded to show academic excellence in the classroom as well as display positive behavior on and off the basketball court. We believe in giving a hundred percent at everthing we do at all times. The RoadRunners are taught to be effective on the court and and in life. 2012 will be our fourth season as an AAU team.
